Instructions for Personality Assessment Questionnaire

In the questionnaire, some items are given to you. In front of every item 3 options are mentioned “ALWAYS” “SOMETIMES” and “NEVER.”

For each item, if you fully agree with it then choose option in front of the ALWAYS option, if you partially agree with it then choose option in front of the SOMETIMES option and if you completely disagree with it then choose option in front of the NEVER option.

Confidentiality will be maintained.

There is no time limit for completing the questionnaire but try to complete it as soon as possible.
